Shipping

We do not charge VAT or TAX, However some countries will charge an additional VAT tax on arrival, Refer to the laws of the country you are in in regards to VAT or TAX.

 

Shipping is calculated by weight, DHL charges a minimum weight of 1.5 kgs per shipment so shipping cost for a 1 piece may cost the same as multiple pieces

All orders outside Kuwait must be paid before shipment.

 

The Head Office operates 6 days a week, The stores open 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Except for public holidays,  Orders taken on public holidays will be shipped the first day back

Delivery usually takes 3 Business days and does not include custom tax,
